What is G-WOP?
Global Work and Organizational Psychology Conference — Connect. Empower. Impact.
​The Global Work and Organizational Psychology (G-WOP) Conference is an annual initiative delivered in collaboration with more than 20 professional work, industrial, organizational, and occupational psychology societies and governing bodies worldwide — including SOBPME.
​
The conference brings together psychologists, researchers, practitioners, educators, and students from across the global community for 24 hours of connection, learning, and collaboration.
As the world of work continues to evolve, presenting both new opportunities and complex challenges, G-WOP provides a unique opportunity to share ideas, learn from international perspectives, and strengthen the global profession.

The conference takes place in a unique virtual format: a continuous 24-hour program spanning multiple time zones, so colleagues around the world can participate at times convenient for them. All sessions are recorded and made available to members of participating organizations after the event.
