Society of Business Psychology Middle East

At the Society of Business Psychology Middle East (SoBPME), we believe that meaningful progress happens when professionals come together to share knowledge, explore emerging issues, and collaborate on solutions

Groups of Interest

Our Groups of Interest provide dedicated spaces for members to connect around key themes shaping the future of Business Psychology.

Each group brings together practitioners, academics, and students who share a passion for advancing understanding and practice in these areas, contributing to both individual growth and the collective development of our profession.

AI in Business Psychology

As AI continues to reshape industries, its impact in the field of business psychology is largely untapped. This new technology has already made researchers wonder whether our current organizational psychology theories are fit for purpose and whether new ones should be developed. The impact of this advancement and how it will change people’s behavior in the workplace is unfolding as we speak and this is what makes this practice group exciting.

Evidence Based Practice

The Evidence Based Practice working group aims to provide society members with a good understanding of what EBP is and why they might choose to use this approach in their own work.  We hope to provide a variety of opportunities for people to feel supported utilising EBP, through resources, hearing from others’ experiences and understanding the questions raised around common business psychology issues.
