​As members of the Society of Business Psychologists in the Middle East, we adhere to the following principles and standards of ethical conduct in our professional practice:

We shall maintain the confidentiality of Member information and shall not disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of their membership, without proper authorisation, except as required by law.

We shall provide clear and accurate information to Members and Stakeholders about the nature, purpose, and potential outcomes of our services, as well as any fees to be levied.
12. Reporting Violations

Any Executive Board Member who becomes aware of any violations of this Code of Ethics by themselves or others shall promptly report such violations to the appropriate authorities or governing bodies.
This Code of Ethics serves as a foundation for ethical behavior and professional conduct among business psychologists in the Middle East. By adhering to these principles, we uphold the reputation and credibility of our profession, contributing positively to organizational success and societal well-being.
