Agata is an experienced Business and Clinical Psychologist, Executive Coach and Learning & Development leader, with over 15 years of international experience across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. She has worked across a diverse range of industries, partnering with organisations, leaders and teams to translate psychological science into practical business solutions.
Her expertise spans leadership development, organisational effectiveness, talent management, employee wellbeing, culture change and team resilience. Combining business and clinical psychology perspectives, Agata is passionate about applying evidence-based practice to create healthier, more effective and high-performing organisations.
As President of the Society of Business Psychology Middle East , she is committed to advancing the profession, connecting research with practice, and championing the contribution of business psychology to the future of work.
