This new technology has already made researchers wonder whether our current organizational psychology theories are fit for purpose and whether new ones should be developed

The impact of this advancement and how it will change people’s behavior in the workplace is unfolding as we speak and this is what makes this practice group exciting.

Our Aim

In the AI in Business Psychology group we aim to explore the intersection of AI and business psychology:

• explore the impact of AI on areas like organizational behavior, leadership, and employee well-being, and others,

• research how AI can be applied to enhance decision-making, employee well-being, leadership, organizational development, etc.,

• develop best practices for the ethical use of AI in business psychology,

• build a knowledge base for integrating AI solutions into business psychology practices, or practical applications of AI in business psychology

We are looking forward to working with SoBPME members who are eager to be part of an emerging area and discover together how AI will transform the workplace.
